Call for Papers

The ICOMUS 2026 committee invites researchers, lecturers, and students to submit original, previously unpublished work. All manuscripts are written in English and submitted through the online registration portal.

Four steps from abstract to publication

Submit an abstract

Write an abstract of up to 200 words with 3-5 keywords, then upload it through the registration portal.

Acceptance notification

The scientific committee reviews your abstract and emails the decision with presentation guidelines.

Submit the full paper

Prepare the full paper using the ICOMUS template (Times New Roman 12, A4, APA 6th style) and submit before the deadline.

Present & get published

Present on-site or online; selected papers are published in the E-ISSN proceedings.

Scopus / SINTA journals

Selected manuscripts may be published in Scopus- or SINTA-indexed journals (additional cost).

Best Paper Award

The best manuscripts are nominated for the conference best paper award.

Writing requirements: English; one-paragraph abstract of up to 200 words with no citations or abbreviations; full paper of 5,000-7,000 words; APA 6th citation style; use a reference manager (Mendeley/EndNote).
